This fiber features hydrophilicity obtained by processing the hydrophobic surface of polyester fiber with a safety-proven special oiling agent. It is used for applications requiring high hydrophilicity in the process of producing non-woven fabrics or finished non-woven fabrics, such as sanitary materials and cleaners.
