Huvis (CEO Kim, Suk Hyun, 079980), specializing in chemical and fiber materials, held its kick-off meeting for 2026 on the 2nd at its headquarters in Nonhyeon, Seoul in the presence of over 100 employees. The company announced a comprehensive reshuffle to establish a stable revenue structure and expand its specialty product portfolio.
 
"Last year was a time of relentless effort, driven by our determination to break the company's loss-making structure and achieve a turnaround. Thanks to the concerted efforts of all employees, we achieved the meaningful result of turning a profit on an annual basis," said Huvis CEO Kim, Suk Hyun, commending the hard work during the ceremony.
"We achieved valuable results by improving profitability and securing cash flow stability through expanding sales of specialty products like DURARON-Cool (cooling fabric) and Ecoever-LM (recycled polyester), alongside promoting asset efficiency. Building on last year's achievements, let's focus this year on transforming our company into one with a more robust revenue structure and financial competitiveness," he added.
 
To this end, Huvis implemented a company-wide reshuffle for 2026. It shifted its business portfolio to focus on specialty products while restructuring its marketing organization and bolstering R&D capabilities to intensively develop eco-friendly next-generation products. The company also plans to secure cost competitiveness at its Jeonju plant through operational optimization and concentrate on enhancing operational efficiency via process innovation and smart factory initiatives.
