The Textile Day was established to commemorate the day of November 11, 1987 when the Korean fiber and fashion industry reached exports of 10 billion dollars for the first time. Every year, the ceremony is held by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and Korea Federation of Textile Industries and awards those who have contributed to the development of the textile and fashion industry.

In line with the global trend, the company has also developed various eco-friendly products, including Ecoen, a biodegradable fiber product for which even microplastics are completely degraded, and Ecoever, a fiber product made of recycled PET, all while pursuing technical innovation in various areas, including Duraron-Cool, a fast drying, cool-feel fiber featuring a lasting cooling sense , and Zetaone, a PPS super fiber that works as a flame retardant, chemical resistant material that is used for industrial applications.
