Huvis (CEO Shin, You Dong, 079980), specializing in chemical and fiber materials, announced on the 29th that it will recruit graduates as new team members from September 30 to October 11 as part of its regular hiring scheme for the second half of the year.

During the recruitment, holders of a bachelor’s degree or higher can apply for positions in finance, purchase, international sales, or production & facilities while holders of a master's degree or higher can apply for material development. The recruiting process consists of review of resumes, online capability testing and first and second interviews. Those selected will start working at the company's head office in Seoul, the plant in Jeonju or at the research lab in Daejeon from January 2023.

To secure talented human resources, Huvis openly invites graduates to join the company on an annual basis. Once accepted as members, they will be offered a wide range of training and orientation opportunities including workshops to help them be better prepared to play their part as Huvis members. They will also have a wide choice of learning opportunities including individual development plans (IDP)  and foreign language courses. Welfare benefits that are provided to company members have a better quality of life and higher morale include coverage of medical bills, financial support for family affairs, housing finance, dormitories for those working away from home, and welfare credits.

“Despite the sluggish job market due to the prolonged global recession, Huvis has been inviting graduates to join the company on an annual basis since 2007 in an effort to ease the level of unemployment among young people,” stated an HR source from Huvis. “We will continue to provide opportunities for graduates to join our efforts towards ESG-focused operation and becoming a global leader in offering sustainable and highly functional textile products.”
