Specializing in chemical and fiber materials, Huvis (CEO You Dong Shin, 079980) announced on the 14th that it held the kick-off ceremony for the “1st Huvis Innovators” on the 13th at the Nonhyeon-dong headquarters with the online and offline attendance of CEO You Dong Shin and the Innovators.
‘Huvis Innovators’ are 12 employees from the assistant manager to the deputy senior manager level selected from all offices to promote communication among different generations and apply fresh and original ideas of Generation MZ (millennials + Generation Z) to pending management issues. The Innovators, starting this month, are selected among employees that are aware of issues, have the will to change, and can actively express their opinions. They will meet regularly/irregularly to come up with all kinds of ideas for improvement and innovation, which will be directly delivered to the management.
“What you think and discuss will serve as the foundation for the improvement of Huvis’s corporate culture and help narrow the generation gap,” said Huvis CEO You Dong Shin. “I will listen to the discussed issues and ideas with an open mind and try to apply them to our policies.”
Huvis is carrying out activities to create a year-round, healthy corporate culture based on the management philosophy that the company’s future depends on corporate culture. The Innovators program is part of such activities. Huvis plans to select new members every year and operates it continuously.
