Huvis shares hope by delivering briquettes - ‘Delivered 16,000 briquettes of hope’ in Seoul, Ulsan and Daejeon
Winter is just around the corner. Kind and generous hands are needed all the more. Huvis (CEO Bae-Keun Yoo, www.huvis.com), specializing in chemical materials, did what little it could by delivering the briquettes of hope to the underprivileged neighbors near its business sites.
The Jeonju Plant, the Ulsan Plant and the Daejeon Research Center as well as the HQ in Seoul donated 16,000 briquettes on four occasions from November 19 to November 24. Also, CEO Bae-Keun Yoo and 40~50 Huvis employees from each business site delivered a total of 5,000 briquettes in person.
Sang-gyu Lee, HR Director of Huvis, said, “I hope that all of our hands to share hope will continue to be outstretched and our neighbors will feel warm throughout this cold and long winter.”
Throughout the year, Huvis conducts the ‘Dream Project,’ i.e. providing education, goods and books to underprivileged local residents and children, and the ‘Dream Briquettes Delivery’ event is one part of it.
