Every year, Huvis provides support to Mom's Table, a program which the city of Jeonju launched in 2014 in effort to deliver free breakfast to children suffering from malnutrition. On February 19th, Huvis(CEO Bae-keun Yoo), specializing in chemical materials, visited the mayor's office at Jeonju City Hall and donated 10 million won to support the city's 'Mom's Table' program.
 
The company, which operates the nation's largest fiber material plant in Jeonju, has been engaging in various forms of sharing activities for the local community since 2012, including "Dream Class" for after-school study support for economically-challenged students, "Dream Lunchbox" for supporting the meal programs of elementary schools adjacent to the Jeonju plant during the vacation, and "Dream Goods" for providing free goods and repairs to elementary schools in isolated regions of North Jeolla Province.
 
"We hope that we can help Mom's Table continue to help children nourish both their bodies and dreams," remarked Pil Man Yoon, General Manager of the Jeonju Plant. "We will continue to carry out various activities of this sort for our underprivileged neighbors."
