Huvis (CEO Bae-keun Yoo), specializing in chemical materials, recently announced that it held an opening ceremony for the first Junior Board (a working-level executive meeting) on March 16th in the presence of CEO Bae-keun Yoo and members of the Junior Board at its main office in Hakdong-ro, Seoul.

The purpose of the Junior Board is to create a corporate culture of change and innovation through interactive communication between management and employees and reflect out-of-box ideas of young employees to management issues.

Under the criteria that workers must have a critical mindset and resolve to boldly change and innovate through their ambition to actively express their opinions, a total of six employees from across the workplace whose ranks are below that of section chief were selected to act as members of the board. These selected members will gather together once a month and discuss overall issues regarding the company's corporate culture, and ideas collected from the meeting will be delivered directly to the CEO.

"The various topics that you will discuss will center on building the foundation to improve the corporate culture of Huvis and uncover opportunities to narrow the gap between generations," expressed CEO Bae-keun Yoo to the young members of the Junior Board. "We will endeavor to listen to the results of your discussions with an open mind and reflect them in our company's policies."

Huvis has been actively carrying out a good corporate culture project throughout the year under its management philosophy that the future of a company depends on its corporate culture, and this Junior Board program is also part of the project.
